Pull Studs for Brother Machines (BT30 Speedio)
Brother Speedio machining centres have a 30-taper spindle that takes BT30 tool holders (check your model's manual), so they need BT30 pull studs with an M12 thread. PTP makes 10 BT30 pull studs with 45° and 60° heads, solid or with a coolant hole. The head angle has to match the machine's drawbar: send us your Brother model or a photo of the old stud and we confirm the matching PTP code before you order.

How do I choose the right pull stud?
Confirm the taper. The taper is marked on the tool holder and given in the Brother manual; Speedio machines take BT30.
Check the head angle. BT30 studs come with 45° and 60° heads. The Brother manual gives the angle; on the old stud, compare its head with the drawing on each code's page.
Through-spindle coolant? If the machine sends coolant through the spindle, choose a stud with a coolant hole (Ø J in the tables).
